Washed and rinsed them all....
Stacked them to dry......
Wiped down the counter......
And the sink.......
Hung up the dish towel......
Walked away.......
From the other room.......
I can hear.......

The kitchen faucet......
Has a rubber washer going bad......
If you do not set the handle right.....

I get up and "fix it"......
Move the handle, that is......
The sound of the water........

On an empty stainless steel sink......
Seems VERY loud......
Even worse yet......
When you hear........

Into some water......
It has a tendency......
To give YOU an urgency.......
To perform a bodily function!!!

The other day......
While in my hotel room.....
Trying to write a "new note"......
After flushing the toilet......
It TOO had a constant.......

Wiggling the handle.....
Fixed the problem!!
Dripping water.....
Can be used for torture......
Strapping a person down....
So that they cannot move....
Especially their head.....
Followed by a slow.....
Steady......
Constant......
Drip......
Drip......
Drip.....
Of water on their head.....
CAN drive a man insane!!!
It has been used on prisoners.....
For centuries......
As a homeowner.....
You HATE the sound....

In your walls......
That tells you there is trouble.....
With a water pipe.....
Inside your walls!!!
